AutoConcept Insurance AB respects your privacy. Therefore, we are very careful when processing your personal data. The personal data we use is processed in accordance with applicable law or other legislation. Gathering The necessary personal data is normally obtained directly from you by AutoConcept, via vehicle dealers or workshops. Your personal data can also be gathered from external parties that handle personal data in connection with change of vehicle ownership, e.g. the Swedish Transport Agency and finance companies. AutoConcept may also record or otherwise document your communication with us. When using our service, certain information will be gathered automatically, including information about your use of our services as well as transaction history for this and technical data, which may include the URL that allows you to access the website (unique device ID, network and device performance information , type of browser, language, and identification and operating system information). Purpose AutoConcept obtains personal data in order to manage customer relationships. The personal data can be used within AutoConcept to provide a complete picture of your commitment and to give you the best experience. The information is used to administer vehicle insurance and warranties, ensure provision of our services with third party services, in order to provide fast, good service and opportunities for self-service. The information may also be used for statistics, market and customer analyses, as well as for sending notifications and messages via e-mail and otherwise personally targeted and relevant offers, such as e.g. extension offers. The personal information is used primarily within AutoConcept, but may be disclosed to other companies and organisations with whom we collaborate, within and outside the EU and EEA, as well as to the authorities we are required to comply with by law.
Legal basis The personal data is used in order that we may carry out legal obligations and to fulfil agreements and measures requested before or after an agreement has been reached. The legal basis for our processing of personal data is the fulfilment of agreements to the extent that processing is necessary for our delivery under the terms and conditions of use. For all other processing, the legal basis is your consent.
Please note that access to our services requires you to allow us to collect and process the necessary personal data in accordance with the above.
Data storage Your personal data is stored safely for the above purposes, and not for longer than necessary in order to meet the requirements of the business.
Change of ownership If ownership of our business changes, we may transfer your information to the new owners so that they can continue to provide the service. The new owners will continue to comply with the commitments we have made in this privacy policy.

Your rights Once a year you have the right to request written access to the personal data processed and exercise your right to data portability. At any time, you may also request that incorrect personal information be corrected, that we cease processing and delete your personal data, that processing of your personal data is restricted, and to object to the processing of the personal data.
The personal data administrator for the processing of your personal data is AutoConcept Insurance AB*, with which you have entered into an agreement or otherwise provided personal information, or who has obtained your personal information from a third party. Within the Group, AutoConcept has established a joint customer register containing general information about customers, such as names, contact details and information relating to involvement. For the processing of personal data in a joint customer register, the branches within AutoConcept Insurance AB, and as regards the gathering of personal data from external registers, are joint personal data administrators.

Safer function With the help of a cookie, the website can e.g. detect that you are logged in. When you log out, the cookie disappears. Cookies are also used for moving information between different steps in a form, or a damage report.
